Non-Accessible Content

Despite our ongoing efforts to ensure the highest level of inclusivity, some content may have temporary accessibility limitations:

 

  • Multimedia content: Some promotional videos for the collections may not yet include complete subtitles or audio descriptions.
  • Product images: Due to the high frequency of catalogue updates, some images may have alternative text, or alt-text, that has not yet been fully optimised or made sufficiently descriptive.
  • Downloadable documents: Some PDF files, such as size guides or receipts, generated before 28 June 2025 may not be fully readable by assistive technologies.

Feedback Mechanism

We invite anyone who experiences difficulty accessing information or completing purchasing procedures to report the issue to us. We are committed to providing an accessible alternative or removing the reported barrier as quickly as possible.

 

Enforcement Procedure

In the event of an unsatisfactory response or no response within 30 days of the notification or request, the interested party may submit a report to AgID, the Agency for Digital Italy, using the procedures indicated on the Agency’s official website.
