Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are charged at a flat rate of €80.00, except in cases of defects or special authorization.

Items must be returned with the security seal, original tags, packaging, and all included accessories. Shoes and accessories must be returned in their original boxes, undamaged and not used as external shipping packaging.
