How can I register on the site?

How can I change my account password?

Our system does not use traditional passwords. To access your account, simply enter your email address and you will receive a temporary verification code. This way, there is no need to create or change a password: each access is protected and secure thanks to the code sent by email.

What happens if the item is out of stock?

What can I do if I received an item I didn't order?

If you have received an item other than the one you ordered, please contact our customer service by writing to customerservice@filippomarchesani.com and indicating the order number.

We will respond and contact you as soon as possible.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible by writing to customerservice@filippomarchesani.com or by calling +39 0873319010 or by sending a WhatsApp message to +39 327 308 1753 to check if it is still possible to intervene.

Once the order has been processed, it will no longer be possible to make changes or cancellations.

How can I find the right size and fit?

We invite you to consult the information tables present in the sheet of each product if available.

How can I use my promo code?

You can enter your promotional code in the dedicated field during checkout.

The discount will be automatically applied to the order total if the code is valid and active

Where is my package?

Items are shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) from the date of order.

During sales or promotions, shipments may take longer. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link to track your shipment.

You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account and clicking on Check Order in the menu at the bottom of our site.

What can I do if my tracking link is not active or not updating?

Tracking links are not updated in real time.

We recommend that you wait a few hours to allow the courier to record the information.

I received notification that my package was delivered, but I have not received anything.

If you have received a delivery notification but have not received your package, please contact our customer service immediately.

Any complaints regarding missing items, damage or delivery to an incorrect address must be received within 7 days of the shipping date indicated on the courier's website.

After this deadline we will not be able to accept complaints.

How can I return my order?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unworn items within 14 days of receiving them.

You can choose between a size or color exchange, store credit or a refund.

The security thread on the items must not be cut or damaged.

When will I receive my refund?

Refund times may vary depending on your bank.

The amount will be credited back to the same payment method used for the order.

In the case of payment on delivery, it will be necessary to provide the bank account details to proceed with the refund.
