How can I register on the website?

You can create an account during checkout or by visiting your account page. Simply enter your email address: we will send you a verification code so you can log in easily and securely, without having to create a password. Once logged in, you will be able to view and manage your orders, save your shipping details and monitor all your activities.

How can I change my account password?

Our system does not use traditional passwords. To access your account, simply enter your email address and you will receive a temporary verification code. This means you do not need to create or change a password: each login is protected and secure thanks to the code sent by email.

What happens if an item is sold out?

If a size or item is sold out, you can request to be notified as soon as it becomes available again. Simply click the “Notify me when available” button on the product page and enter your email address. You will receive an automatic notification if the item or size you are interested in is restocked.

What are my payment options?

We accept several payment methods to offer you maximum flexibility. You can pay by bank transfer, PayPal, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay and UnionPay), cash on delivery, ScalaPay (pay in 3 interest-free instalments), HeyLight (for purchases with flexible payment), or Shop Pay. Choose your preferred method at checkout.

What can I do if I have received an item I did not order?

If you have received an item different from the one you ordered, please contact our Customer Care team at customercare@filippomarchesani.com, quoting your order number. We will reply and contact you again as soon as possible.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible by writing to customercare@filippomarchesani.com, calling +39 0873319010, or sending a WhatsApp message to +39 327 308 1753 to check whether changes are still possible. Once the order has been processed, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.

How can I find the right size and fit?

Please refer to the information charts available on each product page, where provided. There you will find useful guidance on sizes and fit to help you choose the option best suited to you.

How can I use my promotional code?

You can enter your promotional code in the dedicated field during checkout.

The discount will be applied automatically to your order total if the code is valid and active.

Where is my parcel?

Items are shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) from the date of the order. During sale or promotional periods, shipping may take longer. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking link. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account and clicking on Check Order in the menu at the bottom of our website.

What can I do if my tracking link is not active or is not updating?

Tracking links are not updated in real time. We recommend waiting a few hours to allow the courier to register the information. If the issue persists, you can contact our Customer Care team at customercare@filippomarchesani.com.

I received a notification that my parcel has been delivered, but I have not received anything.

If you have received a delivery notification but have not received your parcel, please contact our Customer Care team immediately. Any claim regarding missing items, damage or delivery to an incorrect address must be submitted within 7 days from the shipping date shown on the courier’s website. After this period, we will not be able to accept claims.

How can I return my order?

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn items within 14 days from the date of receipt. The security tag attached to the items must not be cut or damaged. To request return authorisation, please log in to your personal account or contact our Customer Care team at customercare@filippomarchesani.com.

When will I receive my refund?

Refund times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer. The amount will be credited back to the same payment method used for the order. For cash on delivery payments, you will need to provide your bank account details so that we can process the refund.

How can I request a copy of my invoice?

You can request a copy of the invoice by ticking the dedicated box when placing your order.
