The products purchased on this website are sold directly by MARCHESANI S.P.A. – with registered office in Milan, Viale Andrea Doria, 5 – 20124, VAT No. 02385000696 (hereinafter referred to as “Marchesani”).

For any reason, customers may return their order, either in full or in part. Items can be returned for a size/color exchange or for a refund within 14 days from the date of delivery. Returned items must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

The soles of the footwear must be in perfect condition and free of any signs of wear.

Items must be returned with the security seal applied by Quality Control during order processing, along with all original tags, packaging, and any other accessories (such as dust bags and garment covers) received in the package. Footwear and accessories must be returned in their original packaging, which must not be damaged, altered, or used as a shipping box.

Customers can submit a return request through the “My Orders” section. If the order was placed without account registration, the return can be requested via the link received in the order confirmation email.

Customers are asked to write the order number on the return tag attached to each item and on the copy of the invoice to be included in the package. Customers must strictly follow the provided instructions.

Customers can choose from the following compensation options:

Size and/or Color Exchange (within Italy)
Items can be exchanged for the same model in a different size and/or color, if available.
Exchanges for different items are not accepted.

The newly requested item can be returned by following the same return procedure.

Store Credit
Customers may choose to receive a store credit coupon equal to the refundable amount, which can be used online within 6 months from the date of issuance.

Refund
If the customer requests a refund for the returned order, it will be processed within 5 business days from the receipt of the package, and only after the returned items pass quality control.

For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be credited to the credit/debit card used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on the credit card issuer; for more information, please contact your bank.

Refunds for orders paid by bank transfer will be returned to the original bank account within 5 days of receipt of the package.

Refunds for orders paid by cash on delivery will be made via bank transfer.

Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the refunded amount due to exchange rate fluctuations will not be reimbursed.

In the case of defective goods or incorrect items due to an error by MARCHESANI S.P.A., customers are requested to follow the instructions below and provide photographic evidence showing the defect or error.

In such cases, shipping costs and any customs duties will be borne by MARCHESANI S.P.A.

Please note that delivery proof or the “Delivered” status in tracking is sufficient to consider the order as Completed and the contract properly concluded. Therefore, if there are signs of tampering upon delivery, customers are encouraged to “Accept with Reservation.”

Returns must be shipped in the original packaging used by MARCHESANI S.P.A., accompanied by a copy of the invoice/receipt or RMA.

In Italy, customers may choose between:

1. Booking a pickup with Marchesani (an additional fee will be applied and deducted from the refund);

2. Shipping the return using a courier of their choice.

Below are the return shipping costs for pickup service managed by Marchesani upon customer request, based on geographical area:

ITALY/SAN MARINO:

Home Pickup: €10

EUROPE: €20

UK: €40

USA: €50

REST OF THE WORLD: €100

Any customs duties are always the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the amount initially paid.

Returns authorized by MARCHESANI S.P.A. must be shipped from the same country to which the original order was delivered.

MARCHESANI S.P.A. reserves the right not to accept returns if a courier other than the specified one is used or if the delivery involves additional costs for MARCHESANI S.P.A. or requires pickup from a courier branch.

MARCHESANI S.P.A. reserves the right to reject returns that are unauthorized or not sent in compliance with the return policy.

In such cases, MARCHESANI S.P.A. may return the package to the sender at the original shipping address.

If an unauthorized or non-compliant return is accepted, MARCHESANI S.P.A. may withhold 10% of the returned item’s value from the due refund.

The right of withdrawal for contracts concluded on the MARCHESANI S.P.A. website is excluded pursuant to Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code with respect to:

a) the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were opened after delivery;
b) the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

By way of example and not limitation, the following products are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

• Certain items from the Lingerie/Underwear section (where specifically indicated)

• Items from the Home & Beauty section

• Holiday gift boxes

For every product to which the withdrawal exclusion applies, Marchesani S.p.A. will provide a specific notice directly on the product page.

Nevertheless, Marchesani S.p.A. reserves the right to accept the withdrawal request for excluded goods at its sole discretion, when it deems it appropriate for justified reasons.
